Presentation: Julia Dimakos, “Succession and Companion Planting,” how to get the most from your veggie garden from early spring to late fall; plants to grow together to repel pests and disease.
Show exhibits to be entered between 6:15pm and 6:50pm on the evening of the show. Exhibits to be picked up at the conclusion of the meeting. Exhibitors are limited to one entry in each Design class.
Division 1: Design – Theme: Wake up to Spring
Class D1: Easter Celebration (a table centerpiece)
Class D2: Beginnings (a miniature design)
Class D3: Spring Showers (a water viewing design)
Class D4: Springtime ((a) a design of your choice; (b) Novice)
Class D5: Bulbs (a design using spring bulb flowers)
Division 2: Horticulture
Class H1: African Violet (Saintpaulina, single crown) (1 pot)
Class H2: Container grown Herb seedlings (3 or more seedlings)
Class H3: Container grown vegetable seedlings (3 or more seedlings)
Class H4: Container grown flower seedlings (3 or more seedlings)
Class H5: Any flower from your garden (1 stem)
Class H6: Any flower from your garden (3 stems)
